The contractors shall take the necessary precautions to protect the property from any damages during the operation. Any damage to the work or property inflicted by the contractor's employees shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

• During the progress of work, safety shall be the utmost importance at all times. Upon completion of work, and before the acceptance of final payment shall be made, the contractor shall clear the entire project of all materials, and debris caused by our operations.

• The materials shall be as herein specified in brand and quality. The products listed as standard are manufactured by Dunn-Edwards, Sinclair, Ever-Guard, Pratt and Lambert, Frazee, Sherwin Williams, Vista, and Ameritone. Colorama selects painting materials with concern for the environment. All painting materials are handled, used, and disposed of in strict accordance with government regulations.

• Colorama Painting shall be fully responsible and agrees to hold the owner free and harmless of all liability, damaged, or injury as a result of its own negligence. Colorama is proud of its exceptional safety program and its excellent worker safety record. Colorama maintains ongoing and effective safety training for all employees.
